Udon Mugizo is a cute new udon restaurant in downtown Mountain View! You can see them make fresh udon noodles from a window outside, which was pretty fun! I really enjoyed how the noodles had more of a chew than other places’😋
While the sukiyaki beef udon was a bit too sweet for me, the mentaiko cream udon was ✨heavenly✨. It was like an asian Alfredo pasta with a seafood flavor! Mentaiko mixed into the sauce and as a topping added a little spice to cut through the heaviness of the cream. A wonderful combo 😊
